Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an RF & MW Researcher located in Santander. As an RF & MW Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research and development activities in the field of radio frequency (RF) and microwave (MW) technology. You will work on the design of State of the Art RF & Microwave deivces. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, will be an integral part of your role.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of RF and MW theory, principles, and techniquesPhD on the RF & Microwave field will be valuated.Experience in research and technical writingProficiency in simulation and design tools such as Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, or NI AWR Microwave OfficeUnderstanding of RF and MW measurement techniques and standardsExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environment
