The main role of the Production Coordinator is to ensure the smooth running and performance follow up of the multi-programme production flow at Airbus Helicopters Spain.
Responsibilities
Ensure the On Time, Quality, Safety and On Cost performance of the multi-programme production lines at AHE. Lead the daily, weekly, monthly routines to drumbeat the relevant KPIs to understand the production progress. Identify production blocking points, facilitate its resolution and escalate when necessary. Ensure the proper communication between production and the relevant Operations teams (quality, procurement, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, design engineering…). 5S DEPLOYMENT and maintenance at shopfloor to improve safety and productivity at work. Implement continuous improvement actions at the shopfloor Deploy an occupational and aviation safety culture at the shopfloor Manage / Maitein production lean panels. Ensure continuous improvement through PDCA cycled follow up.
Requisites
Engineer (industrial and/or similar). Relevant previous experience as Head of Production in an industrial plant; industrialization of processes and management of production flows. Lean six sigma green belt (black belt desiriable).
Additional Experience With
Management of Blue Collars. Safety at work. Aviation safety. Industrial KPI follow up. Production lines planning and control. Financial control to manage costs. Practical problem solving methodology (7D, 5W). Management of complex / high value products. Production Flow Lines.
Skills
Problem welcoming & solving. Proactivity. Reactivity. Team work. Leadership skills. Digital awareness (Excel, SAP). Fluent Spanish and English. French (desirable).
