We are looking to incorporate a Cluster Sales Manager into our commercial team.

Main responsibilities:

* Prepare, develop, and oversee commercial strategic plans and budgets to achieve company objectives, under the guidance of the Cluster Head of Sales.
* Supervise, train, and guide the sales, reservations, events, and groups teams of the Balearic hotels.
* Following the guidelines of the Cluster Head of Sales, establish and monitor pricing policies, sales conditions, and distribution channels, in coordination with the Revenue Management team.
* Monitor and optimize sales in all segments and channels.
* Negotiate, monitor, and develop current and new accounts for the hotel and its outlets.
* Monitor and drive the positioning of the hotel and its outlets.
* Prepare periodic reports analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Organize and attend Fam trips and Press trips.
* Plan, organize, and execute commercial actions, visits, and trips.
* Follow the annual communication plan and support the Public Relations department in planning, executing, and evaluating press releases and visits.
* Follow the annual marketing plan and support the Marketing department in planning, executing, and evaluating the annual marketing strategy.
