Reporting Line (Territory) : Deputy Head of Iberian hub
MISSION:
Part of the IG Iberian Peninsula Hub’ Steering Team, the Business Management Officer’s main responsibility is to support the Managers and the Auditors based in Spain and in Portugal, in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as HR, Facilities, Finance, or Community Management. The Business Management Officer is based in Spain and reports hierarchically to the Deputy Head of the IG Iberian Peninsula Hub. She/he works in close relationship with the Business Management Officer based in Portugal, who is her/his back-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Management Officer’s main responsibility are as follows
• Support the Hub’s Managers on daily activities and projects.
• Manage the Steering team mailbox and address all the requests on due time.
• Maintain existing data models, in Excel, PowerBI (amongst others), with the purpose of consolidating, analyzing and reporting data in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions.
These models include (but are not limited to) the monthly follow-up reports of:
o Open recommendations.
o Incidents & frauds.
• Contribute to the development of new data models in a large range of activities, such as travel & entertainment expenses monitoring, space management, results of internal surveys, among others.
• Support in preparing meetings, workshops or presentations (local and central).
• Request IT accesses and devices.
• Organize Central IG assignments from an administrative standpoint (e.g. access to the building and badges) performed under the scope of the Iberian Peninsula Hub.
• Assemble/Provide support in the Audit and Client reports preparation.
• Perform ex-ante and ex-post controls with good quality and within the proper time frame.
• Assist in the production of the periodic reporting requested locally or by IG Head office.
• Support in managing the internal communities, with the organization of events, management of internal sites, sharing of information via mailing list.
• Ensure that the information uploaded in the IG tools (TeamMate+, MyActivity2, MyAP) is updated.
REQUIREMENTS:
Training:

- Financial and / or Risk Analysis and Advisory and/or Business Management ([2 - 4] years)
- Administrative Support ([2 - 4] years)
Academic Background
- Bachelor (at minima) in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Audit or Law.
