Legal and Financial Support Officer for their offices in Barcelona.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES: The Legal Service Unit (LSU) at F4E offers comprehensive legal support, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and representing F4E in legal matters. As a member of LSU, the Legal and Finance Support Officer aids in administrative and financial tasks, including contract management and budget monitoring. Additionally, they provide support in various administrative functions, facilitate internal and external communication, and assist in document management and data protection efforts.
Location: Barcelona
Work modality: presence based
Schedule: 9 -17 hs
Salary: according to experience of the candidate Less than 5 years 20,09€/h, between 5 and 15 years 22,73€/h, more 15 years or more 25,72

Requisitos
· Educational level: A level of education which corresponds to completed University studies .
Professional experience: Job-related proven experience of minimum 3 years following the education requirements.
Computer literacy: Good knowledge and experience of MS Office (MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
Language skills: English as B2 or equivalent. English is the working language of the Joint Undertaking.
