As our Field Sales Representative, you are responsible for supporting the regional accounts and in-store activations. If you demonstrate a strong performance, this opportunity can be a promising beginning of your career in Coty.

The position has a dual perspective as the area coverage that the candidate will have, will be an opportunity to learn how to deal with regional retailer (negotiation, promotional agreements, trade investment control, P&L results, etc) but also to improve the in store presence of both color cosmetics and fragrance categories in store.

Your main focus :

Regional Accounts Management
• etailers’ regular visits to present Coty’s initiatives
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their needs and concerns.
o Negotiation of Trade Investment and Promotional activations (with the support of the Field Sales Manager)
o In Store Excellence of the designated retailer’s point of sale.

• In Store Activation
o In Store KPI control and reporting
o Assist to internal meetings with updated information and added value feedback.
o Beauty Bars update in the stablished timings

Being part of the Field Sales Team will give you the opportunity to work closely with a high experienced team, and also having close contact with Trade, Marketing and National Sales Team members. As in store experience is one of Coty’s main target, you will be a key in following and reporting our situation in store.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to work in sales, heavily travel and meeting with clients. As Field Sales Representative, you and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Goal-Oriented and with passion for achieving and exceeding targets
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Driving license is a MUST
• Excel advanced usage is needed
