Purpose of the position

 

To strengthen our small but very efficient facility management team, we are looking for an independent technical employee with great manual skills and great joy to tackle various projects and daily tasks in a motivated manner.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Internal postal service
  • Receipt and processing of internal orders 
  • Facility Management Hotline
  • Mail Processing Facility Management
  • Fault processing of multifunction printers and replacement of printer cartridges
  • Fault processing of technical systems
  • Collaboration with Straumann Reception
  • Assistance with various FM projects 
  • Coordination of external service providers (lifts, cleaning, moving company, waste disposal, etc.)
  • Processing and completion of the facility management day-to-day business (rearrange meeting rooms, technical tour, various small repairs)
  • Regular maintenance of our pool vehicles (cleaning, refilling fluids, etc.)
  • Occasional transport service
  • On-call service building services
  • Cross-site holiday replacement (BS-BL)

 

Requirements

 

  • Basic technical training, preferably electrician 
  • Full Spanish proficiency (native or bilingual)
  • Good written and linguistic knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Technical Understanding
  • Logical, independent thinking and acting
  • Very good manners and a friendly appearance
  • Teamplayer
  • Driving licence B
  • Living in the area (30min) 
  • Possibility to get to on-call missions with your own vehicle outside office hours
