We are looking for proactive leaders, oriented to teamwork, passionate about programming in this language and who seek to provide the best experience to the end user.Responsibilities of this role include:Develops data workflows, expands existing workflows, and resolves discrepancies in our data modelActively contributes to sprint meetings, helping estimate stories with attention on end to end data workflowsMonitor our data pipeline in all environments, setting up automation around observability and alertingActively contribute to technical discussions and decisionsPrioritize user stories as the gold standard for end to end data concernsDemonstrates ownership over our data architecture within their teamIdentify and suggest strategies to resolve technical debt as it relates to our data strategy and visionWork with key internal stakeholders to support our billing, client reporting and product analytics needsPerform code reviewsMinimum requirements:• Python • Git • PostgresSQL • DBT • AWS • Fivetran • TableauWorkplace: 100% remote from anywhere in LATAMJoin the team
