We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to carry out recruitment processes in LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and Spain, according to business requests, following established policies and procedures to ensure the incorporation of the most appropriate talent for the organization.

What your responsibilities will be

 recruitment processes in our subsidiaries in

• Gather the profile with the Manager and the HR team of the country.
• Conduct talent search through several channels: Grifols website (intranet and external), Linkedin, Forums, and other necessary actions as per country.
• Conduct interviews either individually or together with the Manager based on hard and soft skills.
• Administer timely personality questionnaires or tests tailored to the needs of the position.
• Advise the Manager in the final decision-making process.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. • You have university studies related to Psychology/Labor Relations/Human Resources.
• You have an advanced level of English.
• You have at least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• You are a flexible, team-working, and dynamic person.

What we offer

• Flexible hours: Monday-Thursday 7-10 am to 4-7 pm and Friday 8 am to 3 pm.
• Location: Parets del Vallés. Hybrid work, 3 days remote.
• Employment contract: Temporary replacement due to maternity leave (until February 2025).
