I am looking for a chef in a beautiful restaurant in Marbella, Spain featuring steady employment, the opportunity to learn and innovate, and to be a part of something exciting. . Our focus is on using local, fresh ingredients to create unique dishes all from scratch. Some examples include:. -Cheese. -Cured meats. -Fermentations. -Kombucha. -Dry aged meats. Looking for a chef with good culinary experience, positive attitude, and willing to work in a highly challenging yet rewarding work environment. . .
