We're on the lookout for a Junior UX/UI Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating user-friendly interfaces that are both intuitive and visually appealing. You should have a solid grasp of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions that solve user problems and are aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct user research activities including interviews, workshops, and user testing to gather valuable insights and feedback, thereby enhancing the overall user experience.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, ensuring designs are user-centric and aligned with project requirements.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and design assets.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Masters’ degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in UX/UI design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design process.

  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
