Con esta oferta, de “Responsable analista de investigación de mercado o “Market Research” queremos atraer trabajadores para este departamento, contando con los mejores profesionales con gran capacidad de atención, que quieran afrontar grandes retos dentro de un mundo tan complejo como es el mundo de las bases de datos y el análisis de estas.

El equipo de BBDD, se ocupa de manejar grandes cantidades de bases de datos diferentes, de la manera más eficiente posible, y en este caso en concreto, se buscará que la persona responsable recopile los datos más significativos para ayudar a nuestra empresa a comercializar nuestros productos o servicios, empleando todos los métodos necesarios y evaluando cada uno de estos para que podamos recurrir a las mejores tablas, gráficos, informes o técnicas de estadística.

Es una tarea muy compleja, por lo que se necesita contar con una buena formación previa y un conocimiento al detalle de varias aplicaciones de manejo de datos. Sin embargo, a pesar de la dificultad de este proyecto, es una apuesta segura para empezar a labrar un futuro prometedor en un sector como es este, que ofrece múltiples posibilidades para mejorar vuestro perfil profesional desde un inicio, y poder formar parte de una plantilla preparada.

Tareas

Análisis del target del cliente: sector, tamaño empresa, país, ciudad, cargo de la persona, etc. Proveer de BBDD de manera constante al equipo de ventas. Búsqueda y generación de BBDD a través de búsqueda abierta en LinkedIn, WhiteList e Infocif. Limpieza, manejo y gestión de las BBDD. Enriquecimiento de BBDD. Generar bases de información de calidad y analizar estadísticamente la información. Estudiar las condiciones del mercado, encontrando métodos eficientes para recopilar datos. Analizar grandes cantidades de datos para poder responder con el software o sistema más adecuado, presentando informes detallados, apoyando a clientes y al equipo de ventas. Recopilar una amplia información partiendo del análisis de datos, y plasmar todo en informes o presentaciones para comunicarse fácilmente con el resto de los departamentos.

- Horario de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 13:00h.

Condiciones

Apostamos por tu aprendizaje y queremos que crezcas profesionalmente con nosotros y si así lo deseas, te unas finalmente al equipo. Por eso tenemos el siguiente plan de desarrollo:

Primer mes (sin remuneración) de prueba y formación, con cursos acreditados.

A partir del 2º mes prácticas remuneradas con 300€ con posibilidad de aumentos, o bonificaciones por cumplir los objetivos mensuales. Contrato progresivo, ampliando responsabilidades, horario y salario tras varios meses y finalmente posibilidad de contrato indefinido.

Requisitos

- Necesidad de firmar un convenio de prácticas curriculares o extracurriculares con tu centro de estudios.

- Estudios relacionados con Ciencia de Datos, Big Data, Marketing, Publicidad y Finanzas.

- Se valorará sentir interés por el mundo de las bases de datos y del marketing B2B, tener un buen manejo de excel para poder elaborar planes de análisis, y mostrar capacidad de trabajo en equipo, junto a fuertes habilidades matemáticas.
