Location: Hybrid – Spain (or 100% remote in Europe)

Tasks

Development and optimization of processes and standards as well as KPIs for controlling and evaluating the sales business.

Modeling of business cases as well as taking on ad hoc topics and special analyses.

Collaborate with Operations, QA/RA, R&D, etc. to increase accuracy of sales forecasts.

Generate discount and margin reports for the sales team to optimize pricing strategies.

Provide support by analyzing market trends and competitor pricing strategies.

Monitor trends in orders and revenue to identify areas for improvement or adjustment.

Develop budgets for different cost centers based on historical data and future projections.

Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Management of strategic projects in the sales environment including your own collaboration.

Assist in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process by gathering and organizing relevant financial data.

Qualifications

Completed studies in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on finance and/or controlling. Or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Several years of professional experience within controlling.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high degree of initiative.

Fluent spoken and written English skills.

Strong communication and assertiveness as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

High IT affinity, especially in the use of common MS Office programs, and ideally knowledge of Siebel, Salesforce, and BI tools.
