As a Spanish Speaking Content Moderator in Greece, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content on various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enforce company guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content on various platformsEnforce company guidelines, policies, and legal requirementsIdentify and report any inappropriate or harmful contentRespond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate documentation of content moderation activitiesStay updated on social media trends and industry best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processesProvide feedback and suggestions for content optimization
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and EnglishPrior experience in content moderation or related roles is preferredStrong understanding of social media platforms and their featuresExcellent attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to make quick decisions and handle sensitive contentGood knowledge of current events, popular culture, and internet trendsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysStrong organizational and time management skills
