      REQUISITOS

      • 2 años de experiencia como product owner (PO)/business analyst (BA) en proyectos digitales.
      • Conocimiento Negocio en banca digital y servicios financieros habiendo trabajado previamente en equipos de transformación digital de negocio como Business Analyst/Product Owner
      • Orientación al cliente y habilidades analíticas.
      • Conocimientos en metodologías de proyectos (Waterfall...) o metodologías ágiles (Scrum Kanban XP...)
      • Conocimientos en tecnologías de Analytics IA e IA generativa Como PO
      • Experiencia trabajando con áreas multifuncionales de la empresa (Legal Compliance Producto...) para traducir necesidades/especificaciones en requisitos funcionales
      • Experiencia en reportes requerimientos y seguimiento de bugs detectados en flujos de clientes.
      • Experiencia trabajando junto a equipos en el desarrollo de aplicaciones y plataformas
      • Actitud autónoma en requisitos y definición de productos capaz de aportar insights valiosos al equipo.
      • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita con diferentes grupos de interés.
      • Inglés nivel alto
