Estamos buscando un/a talentoso/a Key Account para el departamento de Expansión, de una multinacional americana líder en paquetería internacional, comprometida en ofrecer un servicio excepcional a sus clientes.


Como parte de la estrategia de crecimiento, tus responsabilidades serán:


Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de crecimiento para la red de Franquicias en las diferentes zonas asignadas de España.Identificar y evaluar posibles socios distribuidores con suficiente capital, capacidad, satisfacción del cliente y carácter.Fortalecer la rentabilidad de los distribuidores y facilitar el desarrollo de la red de la compañía.Lograr objetivos de crecimiento de volumen y participación en el mercado.Ejecutar la estrategia de consolidación de red de la compañía para ajustar el tamaño de la red.Gestionar el proceso de mejora del rendimiento y crecimiento, e identificar oportunidades para mejorar o reemplazarlas.Liderar la negociación de contratos y acuerdos de tiendas y relacionados.


Requisitos:


Licenciatura o superior, preferiblemente en gestión empresarial.Disponibilidad para residir en Barcelona.Al menos 3 años de experiencia laboral como Comercial/Key Account en España.Experto en negociación, ventas y cierre de acuerdos comerciales.Muy valorable experiencia comercial en el canal B2B.Inglés avanzado es muy valorable.
