Your role

 

As a Senior Full Stack Lead Developer your main responsibilities will involve

  • Build and later lead a team of skilled developers in the design, development, and implementation of robust full-stack applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Architect and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, and proactively introduce them to the team.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion.

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As a Senior Full Stack Lead Developer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in full stack development, with a focus on both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
  • Strong experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid understanding of database systems, API development, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
