Tiger Private is looking for a permanent live-in House Manager to start ASAP in a large 12-bedroom mansion on 70 acres, in Southern Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to see themselves long-term. To set up and implement new protocols and procedures in a newly built house and work for a great principal. 
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Be a live-in House manager in the principal's secondary residence.
Manage all household team reschedules and hold weekly meetings.
Implement systems and procedures and provide training to all existing and new members of staff.
Arrange any works in the properties.
 
WHO YOU ARE:
I am looking for candidates with great longevity in previous roles as House managers for UHNWI.
Candidates must be level-headed, calm and mature and can envision themselves long-term at this property.
You must be a self-starter and be able to run the house to the highest standard with little to no direction.
 
REQUIREMENT:
European nationals ONLY.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish.
