Role Description:

As the Marketing Intern at My Blue Bricks you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day marketing and sales tasks. The role has a strong emphasis on communication and marketing, in particular the social media channels. There will also be elements of sales in this role, where you will be responsible for planning investor visits and being the representative of the brand for the room rental services. This is a hybrid role, located in Valencia with some flexibility for remote work.



What you will do:

Conceptualize, organize, create, edit, and publish content for social media. Managing social media: replying to messages, etc.Create and publish content on the website, blog, email communications, and more.Helping out during collaborations and events.Helping out during visits with investors in Valencia and communicating with investors.Renting out rooms in Valencia and helping with the management of the apartments.Helping with other tasks related to social media, events, and real estate sales/business.


 

Qualifications:

Social Media Expertise. Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms.Strong content creation skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to various social media platforms. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or other software is desirable.Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling and concise copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements. Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization for social media content is advantageous.Experience in analyzing social media metrics and using insights to optimize content performance and drive engagement.Ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in social media marketing strategies.Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet objectives.Self-motivated and capacity to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales.

 


Additional qualifications and skills that would be beneficial for this role include:

Basic understanding of sales principles and an interest in sales.Strong customer service skills.Experience in real estate or related fields is a plusDegree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
