The Night Auditor ensures a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk during the night shift. This role involves reconciling the hotels daily financial transactions, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring the security and comfort of all guests overnight. What do we offer? Financial Reconciliation: Balance daily transactions and prepare financial reports. Reconcile credit card charges and guest accounts. 2. Guest Service: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. 3. Security and Safety: Conduct regular security checks. Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests during the night. 4. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and update the reservation system. Update and manage the hotels reservation system.Requisitos : Previous experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role. Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera) and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure. Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
