Rol

Estamos buscando 2 desarrolladores senior de aplicaciones RPG para unirse a nuestro equipo de tecnología para el equipo IT de Cigna en España.

El candidato ideal debe tener una sólida experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones RPG (RPG IV, ILE, Free), con experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de desarrollo de software. Este rol requiere una persona con mentalidad estratégica que pueda colaborar de manera efectiva con equipos multifuncionales y liderar aplicaciones basadas en RPG desde la concepción hasta la implementación.

Perfil y Experiencia

El candidato debe tener sólidas habilidades de diseño, capacidades analíticas, de investigación y conocimientos en la gestión del cambio de software. El candidato también debe tener experiencia de trabajo en múltiples iniciativas concurrentes y ser un excelente jugador de equipo.

El candidato debe ser emprendedor y demostrar atención a los detalles a través de la planificación, comunicación y ejecución de las tareas asignadas. En este puesto, buscamos una persona adaptable y dinÃmica con una gran capacidad técnica, resolución de problemas, excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Diseño, Desarrollo y Mantenimiento de aplicaciones usando RPG IV, RPG Free, CL, SQL, y otras tecnologías en entornos IBM i Series.
  • Analizar los requerimientos del negocio y traducirlos en especificaciones técnicas.
  • Proporcionar liderazgo técnico y orientación en la planificación, diseño y ejecución de proyectos.
  • Colaborar con las partes interesadas para comprender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones que cumplan con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Optimizar el rendimiento de las aplicaciones y resuelva los problemas para garantizar la fiabilidad y la eficiencia.
  • Mantenerse al día con los avances tecnológicos y las mejores prÃcticas de desarrollo de software.

Requisitos mínimos para el candidato:

  • Experiencia de mÃs de 8 años en desarrollo de aplicaciones usando RPGLE, RPG400, RPGIV, Free, etc.
  • 5 años de experiencia trabajo en labores de anÃlisis y diseño técnico
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y relación con personas.
  • Experiencia en el diseño de aplicaciones complejas.
  • Capacidad Analítica y de investigación
  • Sólida comprensión de la gestión de cambios de software

  • iSeries Journaling
  • ProfoundUI
  • Herramientas de modernización (X-Analysis o similar)
  • JIRA
  • Nivel C1 de Ingles
