The Team

The Learning & Development (L&D) team supports Capo’s global business and technology consulting firm. We partner with the Executive Leadership team, business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify learning needs, design, develop and deliver relevant training programs for our consultants in our regions.

About The Role

As the Learning Coordinator, you will work closely with Capco’s Learning & Development Team and the Toronto business to support staff and liaison with our team of trainers, coaches and consultants to help deliver client programs.

Responsibilities

Your overall responsibility will be to ensure the timely and superior delivery of training and development programs for our Toronto business while supporting all coordination activities of the Learning & Development function across North America. You can expect to own activities such as scheduling of learning experiences, management of rosters, drafting and distributing learner communications, and facilitation of evaluations. In addition to deploying individual learning programs, Learning & Development is responsible for managing multiple large virtual and in-person learning events each year. As a part of the project team, responsibilities include:

Provide all classroom support whether in person or in a virtual environment

Management of all aspects of the Learning Management System

Manage experience, communication, registration and logistics for all for major events including onboarding of new Capco employees

Manage networking aspects before, during and after large events

Develop and administer course evaluations

This position will also work closely with local HR to identify Learning and Development solutions that enhance to overall Capco culture.
