What will make you successful in this position?

• Good knowledge of security governance and controls, ideally in the context of energy (oil) company.

• Good experience in assessing security governance, organization and maturity, as well as proposing the action plan to move to the next level.

• Good experience in running audits to evaluate the security of applications against customer’s policies / guidelines / standards, as well as proposing the action plan to close the gaps.

• Good ability to advise the project teams on the applicable / relevant controls to implement to comply with the customer’s policies & guidelines.

• Fair experience in preparing and delivering security awareness / training sessions to end users.

• Good ability to develop trust with customer and manage its expectations.

• Good ability to collaborate with different teams.

• Fair ability to challenge audit findings.

• Spanish Native and english B2

• Proactive.

What will be your mission?

• Manage non-conformities until their mitigation

• Propose initiatives to strengthen the security governance and posture

• Provide reporting to CISO and his team and participate in security governance committees.

• Monitor compliance of the TotalEnergies Spain IT against Group security policies and guidelines.

• Review coverage and rules of security tools.

• Assist the IT project teams for proper implementation of security. Run security trainings and awareness campaigns.

• Perform a yearly crisis drill.

• Identify and carry out the relevant audits to assess the current security posture.

• Provide support during the audits performed by TotalEnergies or third parties.

• Coordinate execution of penetration testing.
