Production Development Assistant

The Production Admin Assistant Internship role will assist the Production Department by supporting the day-to-day administrative operations. The successful candidate will gain experience in project management for production in the textile industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily comunication with our partners.
  • Preparing Packing Lists and transport documents when the productions are ready.
  • Liaising with suppliers on shipments and labdips request. Tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure they arrive on time.
  • Ensuring quality reports are sent to our clients beforethe shipment of the goods and meet the PYRATEX® quality standards.
  • Assist on the Purchase Order (PO) management.
  • Monitor the stock and update the ERP system.
  • Managing and organising swatches and samples.
  • Manage our ERP system and entry data as required.
  • Issuing Certifications and Export Declaration. Personal profile: 
    • Industry knowledge of the fashion high-end market for Knitwear, Jerseywear, Sportswear, Pret à Porter and Underwear.
    • Organized and motivated individual and also a strong team player across departments and functions.
    • Knowledge and understanding of supplier’s relationship management.
    • Interest and knowledge in textiles/fashion/wellbeing and health markets and the fashion sustainability movement.
    • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • High proficiency in use of MS Office products and reporting tools (Word, Excel, etc).
    • Excitement about start up growth is required.
    • English high level required. All the hiring process will be in English.
    • Spanish/ Portugese is a plus.
