About Challenging U Trading:

 

Our three-year development program will give you real jobs in three different areas of the Trading business, offering a range of challenges to help you grow in confidence, skills, and experience. Working alongside industry experts you´ll get a deep learning experience, blending online courses, face-to-face sessions, and hands-on training to develop both your behavioral and technical skills, crucial for a career in Trading.

What you should bring:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• High level of English

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and methodically.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, cross-cultural understanding, assertiveness, and persuasiveness, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic market landscape.

• Strong adaptability and resilience.

• Willingness to travel.
