Role Description

This is a full-time or part time ( depending on the apllicant) on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Adeje. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office activities, running errands, scheduling appointments, attending clients, check in and out of clients and providing administrative support to various divisions within the company. We are looknig for a person who wants a - long term position - within a stable and friendly work place


Qualifications

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant fieldProficient in Microsoft Office suite and office equipmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Spanish and English - other languages a bonusAbility to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentGood organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsBe prepared to have flex hours and work weekendsHold a driving licence
