The Reservation Agent manages room bookings and provides excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reservation Management: Process and confirm reservations via phone, email, and online systems. Handle modifications and cancellations promptly. 2. Customer Service: Assist guests with inquiries about room availability, rates, and amenities. Resolve guest issues and provide information about the hotel and local attractions. 3. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate reservation records. Prepare daily reports on room availability. 4. Sales Support: Promote hotel services and upsell room types and packages. Assist with group bookings and special events. Requisitos : The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and communicates effectively. Qualifications: Previous experience in reservations or a hotel front desk Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
