Order Desk Specialist.

Multinacional de electrónica de consumo que diseña, desarrolla, fabrica y vende productos de frío, lavado y Aire desea incorporar un / una:

Order Desk Specialist.

Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades:

• Asegurar la información del pedido y confirmar los datos del pedido.
• Verificar los precios y la información básica del pedido (cantidad, fecha de entrega, lugar de entrega, número de pedido, etc.)
• Verificar los datos del pedido revisando, eliminando, corrigiendo y / o volviendo a ingresar datos que pueden o no haber sido correctos en primer lugar.
• Cooperar con el responsable de A.R. para resolver todos los problemas de límite de crédito y cualquier bloqueo de clientes en SAP para crear Notas de Entrega.
• Trabajar con el equipo logístico para completar el proceso de emisión de albarán.
• Informar al gerente de SOP (Sales Order Process) de cualquier dificultad / problema que no se pueda resolver durante el trabajo diario relacionado con la entrada de pedidos.

• Primer contacto, atendiendo a los clientes / Servicio Postventa cuando llaman a la oficina para brindarles soporte sobre pedidos, stock, entregas, etc.
• Hacer un seguimiento de todos los requisitos / discrepancias con los clientes / Servicios postventa hasta que se resuelvan por completo.
• Coordinar con otros departamentos como logística y servicio técnico las incidencias y asignarlas a cada departamento relacionado y dar seguimiento hasta que estén completamente resueltas.
• Informar al responsable de Procesamiento de pedidos de cualquier dificultad / problema que no se pueda resolver a través de los procedimientos ya establecidos.

  Requisitos Formación e idioma:

· Experiencia de al menos 3 años en posiciones similares.
· Formación profesional o diplomatura universitaria relacionados con el puesto.  
· Habilidad en la gestión de bases de datos.
· Conocimientos de SAP y de EDI a nivel usuario.
· Alto dominio de Excel.
· Conocimientos de inglés. (Nivel B2)
· Conocimientos de Portugués. (Nivel C1)
· Dominio de Microsoft Office.
