Join our team and become a Progress Enabler.In OHLA, we are currently seeking a Planner in Valencia. The purpose of the Planner work is to prepare, monitor and update the project schedule. Ensure full coordination between the respective constructions blocks, project management team and design management team.RESPONSABILITIES:Prepare, monitor and update all project schedules as specified in the conditions of contract. Insure that all production planning is coordinated and updated between the construction managers. Liaise with design and construction teams, including sub-contractors and suppliers to develop, maintain and optimize the OHL´s project schedule.Ensuring integration in the schedule construction activities, design activities, material deliveries, handing over of key documents and commissioning activities.Providing detailed assistance to the project in order to enable the team to monitor pinch-points on the critical path.Define alternative schedule options to analyse planning impact of risks and opportunities.Prepare reporting data on a weekly and monthly basisSupporting the project manager in the approval process and changes management process to the contract baselineLiaise with the cost control team to establish and maintain the link between programme and cost.Managing design changesSPECIFIC ROLE REQUIREMENTS:5 years’ experience in Construction sector as a planner in infra works.Good knowledge in Microsft Project and Primavera P6.Third level qualification in a construction related field
