Estamos buscando incorporar a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos de Palma de Mallorca una persona en prácticas con una fuerte motivación por el sector hotelero, así como el desarrollo de su carrera profesional en el departamento de personas.

¿Qué funciones realizarás?

* Apoyo en la gestión del joven talento (trainees)
* Actualización de base de datos de personal en prácticas
* Planes de inducción y onboarding
* Seguimiento por parte de RRHH a Hoteles de su personal en prácticas
* Realización de entrevistas
* Colaborar en trámites administrativos de RRHH
* Preparación de presentaciones
* Participar en diferentes ferias de empleo
* Publicación de ofertas
* Apoyo en selección
* Colaborar en diferentes proyectos que puedan surgir en el departamento
