We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data & Process Specialist to join our COO HOME Team of Product & Public Entities Tribe
The responsibility of this team is ensure the best lending processes, helping clients achieve their goals.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Data & Process Specialist you will:
- Act as first-line supervisor of a team providing customer service support and play a key role in helping to achieve targets in areas such as productivity or turnaround times;
- Identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations;
- Create and maintain reports aligned with business and operational needs. Data is our facilitator for decision making;
- Investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems and procedures, and take action to solve immediate compliance issues.
- Data analysis & reporting, Analyze data to extract operational information for decision taken, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc..);
- Challenge and analyze current processes, both operational and customer visions;
- Monitor End-to-end processes, ensuring their operation, detection of technical issues and search for solutions based on Data;
- Measurement, obtaining operational data, analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency;
- Collaboration / day-to-day teamwork with suppliers. Detect incidents in the processes of external providers, report incidents and track them. Track processes with suppliers, propose improvement measures and measurements that establish the effectiveness of the actions implemented.

- University Graduate;

- Experience in processes improvement technics / methods knowledge and resource optimization;
- Knowledge of data analysis and data management (SQL, SAS, etc);
- User-level skills in IT process-related tools (Data mining, Data Analytics, Analytical Models).
