Sumamos Learning Senior Project Consultant para nuestro equipo de Learning en Madrid.


Funciones:


Actividades generales:

  • Dimensionamiento de los recursos necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto.
  • Planificación del proyecto: plazos, recursos, tareas, entregables, etc.
  • Control presupuestario y compras.
  • Interlocución con el cliente.
  • Gestión del equipo de proyecto: desarrolladores, comerciales, diseñadores, etc.

    Tareas específicas

    • Toma de requisitos funcionales y de gestión del área de formación del cliente.
    • Diseño de soluciones basadas en LMS.
    • Procesos de implantación de LMS.
    • Interlocución con diversos stakeholders del cliente, a nivel internacional.
    • Traslado de funcionalidades a especificaciones para los desarrolladores (y uso de herramientas para este fin, como JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
    • Seguimiento de los desarrollos y testing en entornos de desarrollo, test o preproducción
    • Creación de manuales de aplicación.
    • Reporting periódico de formación al cliente.
    • Control de los pasos a entornos de producción.
    • Validación técnica (trazabilidad en SCORM 1.2 y 2004) y funcional de contenidos digitales para la formación.
    • Interlocución con el departamento de formación del cliente y con sus proveedores de contenidos, con usuarios finales y con el proveedor del LMS.

      Requisitos del puesto

      • Formación: Licenciado, Grado, Diplomado
      • Conocimientos: html5, LMS open source y propietarios a nivel avanzado. Estándares de eLearning: SCORM 1.2 y 2004, LTI.
      • Experiencia: al menos 5 años de implantación de LMS en clientes
      • Valorable Titulación universitaria: ingeniería, psicología, pedagogía o similar.
      • Valorable Postgrado E-Learning o experiencia demostrable en este campo.
      • Nivel C1 Inglés (real, mínimo).
      • Nivel avanzado de ofimática.
