Alamo Costa del Sol Real Estate with over 25 years of experience selling homes and providing customers with top quality services on the Costa del Sol. We are a small team of hard working agents in dire need of a team assistant.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Assistant located in Fuengirola. The Team Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks such as answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support to CEO. It requires a proactive and systematic mind that likes to find solutions, assist the collagues and provide customers with top service.


Requirementes

Experience in administrative support or customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareAttention to detail and accuracyProactive and problemsolving attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of real estate industry and terminologyExperience in real estate transactions and contractsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionFluency in English and Swedish. Spanish preferred.


Some of the duties

Assist real estate agents in managing their daily schedule and appointmentsHandle phone calls and emails from clients and vendorsPrepare and distribute marketing materials for propertiesOrganize and maintain real estate files and documentsCoordinate property showings and open housesAssist in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts and agreementsPerform research on real estate market trends and property valuesAssist in managing social media accounts and online presenceProvide excellent customer service to clients and vendorsPerform other administrative tasks as needed
