Buscamos para empresa del sector financiero un perfil de Office Manager con oficinas en Barcelona. Misión: Garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento, la pulcritud y la imagen profesional de la oficina, actuando como punto de contacto principal para las visitas y proporcionando apoyo secretarial esencial a los Socios de la sede. Funciones: - Atención a visitas: Recepción de visitantes en la oficina incluyendo el acompañamiento a las salas de reuniones y el ofrecimiento de café o bebidas. - Imagen y orden de la oficina: Responsabilidad directa de que la oficina, las salas de reuniones y las áreas comunes se mantengan en perfecto orden y con una imagen impecable en todo momento. - Coordinación de servicios: Coordinación y supervisión de la calidad del servicio de limpieza y otros servicios externos. - Control climático: Revisión constante para asegurar que la climatización y temperatura de las salas y la oficina sean confortables y adecuadas. - Suministros de cafetería: Mantenimiento, reposición y control de stock de todos los suministros de la cafetería. - Funcionamiento de equipos: Revisión del correcto funcionamiento de la máquina de café y otros equipos esenciales de las áreas comunes. - Suministros de oficina: Gestión y mantenimiento de un stock adecuado de todos los suministros y material de oficina. - Actuar de forma reactiva como secretaria de los socios de Barcelona. - Organización y gestión de viajes, incluyendo reservas de transporte y alojamiento. - Coordinación de agendas y organización de reuniones internas y externas cuando sea solicitado. - En el onboarding de nuevos empleados dar la bienvenida a la oficina y enseñarles el funcionamiento general de la misma. Requisitos mínimos: -Experiencia mínima de 4 años en un rol parecido. - Nivel medio-alto de inglés. - Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial. - Buscamos un perfil servicial, resolutivo y dinámico.
