Desde Randstad Professionals, buscamos una persona administrativa con experiencia en el sector inmobiliario para incorporarse a un family office pequeño y dinámico ubicado en Barcelona capital. nuestro cliente Family office Real Estate tus funciones El rol requiere una combinación de habilidades operativas, comunicativas y analíticas, con capacidad para gestionar documentación, interactuar con entidades externas y apoyar en la toma de decisiones. Requisitos clave: Experiencia en gestión inmobiliaria: Manejo de contratos de alquiler y compraventa de inmuebles. Coordinación de trámites notariales, registrales y fiscales relacionados con operaciones inmobiliarias. Asistencia a juntas de vecinos y gestión de comunidades. Habilidades administrativas y financieras: Preparación de informes periódicos sobre activos, rentabilidades, gastos y previsiones. Elaboración de presentaciones claras y profesionales para reuniones internas y externas. Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad y fiscalidad (IRPF, IBI, IVA, plusvalías, etc.). Interlocución externa: Capacidad para comunicarse con bancos, gestorías, abogados y otros proveedores. Seguimiento de operaciones bancarias, préstamos, avales y documentación financiera. Competencias personales: Persona organizada, proactiva y discreta. Buen nivel de comunicación oral y escrita. Capacidad de adaptación y autonomía en entornos con poca estructura. Formación y experiencia Formación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Derecho, Economía o similar. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones similares, preferentemente en family office, gestorías o empresas inmobiliarias, administración vertical Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) y software de gestión contable.
