PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer is responsible for developing and implementing personalized customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, dynamic content personalization, and campaign optimization through data-driven strategies. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop email templates and modules using HTML and CSS and integrate them into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud builder and into a custom company-built builder tool. Implement dynamic email personalization and dynamic modules using AMPscript. Ability to modify and enhance code exported from tools like BeePro. Support the UX team and Email Marketing team in creating dynamic Cloud Pages connected to Data Extensions. Develop dynamic modules leveraging Salesforce AI (i.e. Einstein). Create dynamic customer journeys, audience segments, and triggers to ensure timely and relevant communication across multiple channels. Design omnichannel customer journeys that adapt to user behavior using triggers and personalized paths. Collaborate with email marketing, content, UX, and development teams to deliver necessary personalization features, creating gantt, weekly meetings, and making sure to meet the deadlines. Ensure timely feature delivery by adhering to business team deadlines. CONSIDERED A PLUS Knowledge of SSJS or other scripting languages. Familiarity with a framework like MJML. Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as ClickUp or JIRA. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Email Specialist certification. SQL proficiency. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong experience with HTML, CSS, AMPSCRIPT, JS VANILLA. Experience with campaign data segmentation and audience targeting. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Proficiency in English. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Cloud development . Experience with other Salesforce platforms (e.g., Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud). Well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Good judgment, proven responsibility and strong analytical skills. Capability to work under strict, short deadlines Able to communicate and co-operate within the department Excellent team working and communication skills Open-minded towards a multicultural environment Any other language will be considered a plus. Portfolio will be a plus if available
