Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain. Vast experience as Restaurant Manager in Spain is essential. ABOUT THE COMPANY A french brand of stores, restaurants, bakery & tearooms is opening new restaurants in Spain They are looking for their new Restaurant Manager based in Barcelona ABOUT THE ROLE The restaurant manager is responsible for managing and organizing daily restaurant operations with the goal of controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience to customers . Owning the operational relationships with functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of the business plan. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a premium positioning. Team Leadership: Lead a team including a head chef, floor manager, barista, and 20 employees in total. Operational Management: Coordinate shifts, schedules, daily meetings, task transfers, and routine follow-ups. Performance Management: Work towards objectives, conduct weekly and monthly mystery shopper evaluations, and analyze KPIs. Communication & Leadership: Maintain effective communication and leadership within the team, including 1-on-1 feedback sessions. Conflict Resolution & Coaching: Manage team conflicts, provide coaching, and conduct training sessions. Reporting: Report to the Operations Manager. The restaurant manager manages 20 staff and supervisory personnel. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU REQUIREMENTS: Speak FLUENT English and Spanish Vast experience managing the operations of a restaurant, fast-food restaurant or Café&Bakery store in Spain . Retail experience as store manager is a plus. Have extensive experience leading a team of 10 restaurant staff. Have experience being responsible of the Food Quality and Safety. Previous experience in charge of sales target and shift management of a restaurant/store in Spain.
