Stay at the forefront of ServiceNow innovations through learning, conferences, and industry focus groups. Lead and participate in the evaluation of new technologies, standards, and frameworks . Continuously improve and promote ServiceNow lifecycle management tools, DevOps principles, and Agile delivery methodologies . Promote and govern Citizen Development practices within the ServiceNow platform.
