Estamos buscando un/a Content Manager para trabajar con una marca internacional del sector automoción en el mercado español. Su misión será gestionar, coordinar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de los contenidos en redes sociales para generar engagement , fortalecer la percepción y consideración de la marca, y contribuir a los objetivos de awareness y conexión con la comunidad. La persona seleccionada formará parte del equipo de RocaSalvatella y trabajará de forma coordinada con agencias y equipos internos del cliente. Tu día a día estará entre las siguientes tareas: Gestión de contenidos : Coordinar la creación, revisión y publicación de contenidos junto a la agencia creativa, agencia de medios y diferentes equipos internos del cliente. Social Media & Influencers : Asegurar una correcta ejecución de los contenidos en todos los canales sociales, así como colaborar en iniciativas de marketing de influencia. Trabajo en equipo : Colaborar con perfiles internos, agencias y creadores de contenido para garantizar una ejecución alineada con los objetivos de marca. Orientación a resultados : Enfocarse en KPIs clave como awareness, alcance y engagement, midiendo y optimizando el rendimiento de las piezas. Creatividad y visión estratégica : Proponer ideas innovadoras que conecten con las audiencias y refuercen la identidad de marca. Comunicación clara : Transmitir ideas de forma efectiva tanto internamente como con partners externos. Social listening & analítica : Uso de herramientas de monitorización, planificación y análisis de RRSS. ⚡ ¿Qué esperamos de ti? Sobre tus conocimientos y competencias: Experiencia previa demostrable en gestión de contenidos, social media y marketing de influencia. Pasión por las redes sociales, las tendencias digitales y la innovación. Capacidad de coordinación con múltiples stakeholders y trabajo en entornos dinámicos. Dominio nativo de castellano (oral y escrito). Buen nivel de comprensión de catalán e inglés. Manejo de herramientas de planificación, publicación y analítica de redes sociales.
