Participate in new product development projects from a supplier perspective Key Qualifications for Candidate Selection: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field 2. 3-5 years of experience in supplier management or related roles 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities 5. Proficiency in supplier management software and ERP systems 6. Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) 7. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles 8. Experience with global sourcing and international supplier management 9. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams 10. Strong project management skills 11. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to excel in this role. They should be able to balance supplier relationships with company objectives, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
