Bar and Restaurant Manager

More than just a manager, we are looking for someone dynamic and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility and a great ability to lead, motivate and develop their team. This person must embody the unique spirit. Your missions will be as follows: - Manage a team of more than twenty five people. - Supervise and ensure the smooth running of the service (delivery of dishes, customer satisfaction, responsiveness to specific requests, etc.). - Ensure a quality of welcome and service in accordance with standards - Actively participate in the recruitment and training of the team, with personalised monitoring of each member of staff, with a view to constantly improving the individual performance of team members. - Promote and animate the restaurant through events - Welcoming and building the loyalty of local and international clientele, maintaining the image and good reputation of the establishment - Controlling the cleanliness (HACCP) and the layout of the restaurant - Draw up and control the room schedules in collaboration with the restaurant manager. - Managing the inventory, stocks and orders - Work closely with management, the head chef, his team and the security department We are looking for a profile with experience in large fashionable restaurants, with a high volume of customers. Upscale busy Restaurant / catering background At least 5 years experience in a similar establishment Proficiency in catering software and Office Pack Fluent English (spoken and written) Excellent manager, team leader and assertive leader Excellent interpersonal skills, good reception and customer service skills
