We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and creative Junior Video & Motion Designer (AI-driven Content) to join the Impress Creative Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in video editing, motion graphics, and emerging AI tools for content creation, who wants to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven creative environment. You will support the production of high-impact video and motion assets for digital campaigns, social media, and creative testing, contributing to how Impress communicates its brand and treatments across multiple platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in paid social, content iteration, and AI-assisted creative workflows while working closely with senior creatives, art directors, and marketing teams. Location: This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain) . You’ll be working closely with our international marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative office environment. ✨ What You'll Do Video Editing & Motion Graphics Edit short-form and mid-form video content for social media and digital advertising (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Create basic to intermediate motion graphics such as titles, transitions, kinetic typography, and animated layouts. Adapt and resize videos into multiple formats and aspect ratios for different platforms. Apply basic color correction and visual adjustments to improve footage quality and consistency. AI-Assisted Content Creation Use AI tools to generate and enhance visual assets, including images and video clips, for creative exploration and production. Support rapid concept iteration using AI-based workflows for creative testing. Assist in extending or adapting existing footage using AI techniques (backgrounds, variations, visual effects, etc.). Stay up to date with new AI creative tools and proactively suggest ways to integrate them into workflows. Marketing & Creative Support Support campaign production with visual assets for paid ads, social content, and internal presentations. Help prepare variations of creatives for A/B testing and performance optimization. Ensure all deliverables follow Impress brand guidelines and creative standards. Contribute creative ideas and visual references during concept development. Collaboration & Production Work closely with designers, art directors, video producers, and marketing teams to understand creative briefs and objectives. Present work-in-progress, receive feedback, and iterate efficiently. Organize project files and maintain clean, structured production workflows. Support production timelines and help ensure deadlines are met. What You’ll Bring Degree or training in Video Production, Motion Design, Multimedia Design or related field (or equivalent portfolio). Basic to intermediate skills in Video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut) and Motion graphics (After Effects). High level of Spanish and English (written and spoken). Understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image and/or video generation (e.g., Sora, Freepik Spaces, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Firefly, or similar). Familiarity with social media video formats and trends, especially on TikTok and Meta platforms. Strong willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow technically and creatively. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. Skills in Photography and Filming. Basic sound editing and audio cleanup. Interest in advertising performance metrics and creative testing. Previous experience in digital marketing or content production environments. Personal Profile Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about new creative technologies. Highly practical and execution-oriented. Comfortable working with fast iterations and frequent feedback. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple small projects simultaneously. Team player with good communication skills.
