About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in WEALTH MANAGEMENT AND BANKING to join our global team. You will work closely with the Functional Lead, UX Designer, and QA Specialist, ensuring that business needs are correctly defined and translated into product requirements. Your role will be key in aligning different markets, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the delivery of a scalable and compliant wealth management solution. Responsibilitie s Business Requirements & Analysis Work closely with the Functional Lead and stakeholders from different markets to identify, define, and prioritize business needs. Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams. Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are properly integrated into the product. Collaboration & Documentation Create detailed user stories, workflows, and process documentation. Act as the bridge between business teams, UX, and developers, ensuring clear communication. Work with the UX Designer to guarantee that user journeys match business expectations. Testing & Quality Support Collaborate with the QA Specialist to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate solutions before release to ensure alignment with business goals. What We're Looking For • Experience in Wealth Management & Banking Deep knowledge of business processes, regulations, and financial products Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools Fluent in English (other languages are a plus) Minimum Requirements: JIRA English level Knowledge of Investment products If this sounds like the perfect fit for you , and you're ready to be part of an innovative team driving digital transformation in the financial sector , we’d love to meet you ✨ APPLY NOW ✨
