En K-LAGAN te estamos esperando para continuar creciendo juntos Como Genesys Expert , participarás en el diseño, implementación y optimización de soluciones de Contact Center basadas en Genesys , integrando capacidades de IA y GenAI para mejorar la experiencia de cliente y apoyar procesos de transformación digital a nivel global. Esta misión es para ti si tienes experiencia en: Diseño e implementación de soluciones Genesys (Cloud, PureConnect o Enterprise). Integración de IA, chatbots, asistentes virtuales y automatización . Diseño de routing, IVR, flujos omnicanal y self-service inteligente. Integración con CRM, plataformas cloud y soluciones AI. Liderar iniciativas globales y colaborar con múltiples stakeholders. Formación y transferencia de conocimiento a equipos locales. Monitorización de KPIs y mejora continua de la experiencia de cliente. Cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y privacidad. Requisitos técnicos: Genesys Designer, Studio, Configuration Manager. Integración vía APIs y servicios cloud. NLP, machine learning y automatización aplicada a contact centers. Plataformas AI (Azure Cognitive Services, Google AI, IBM Watson o similares). Inglés profesional Perfil: Orientación a cliente. Mentalidad innovadora. Capacidad de liderazgo e influencia.
