Développer des solutions backend robustes en utilisant Python. Machine Learning Engineer : - Participer à la mise en place de modèles de machine learning, en particulier pour des applications de traitement du langage naturel (chatbot, RAG). - Collaborer à l'optimisation des performances des modèles LLM pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise. Gestion d'équipe : - Possibilité de diriger des membres de l'équipe technique si certaines tâches doivent être déléguées, en fonction des besoins du projet. Maîtrise souhaitée mais non essentielle : - Connaissance de Airtable pour la gestion de certaines bases de données internes. Compétences requises : 5 ans minimum dexpérience dans un poste similaire. Expérience avérée en scraping web et gestion d'API. Expertise en Python pour le développement backend. Connaissance avancée en machine learning, en particulier pour des projets utilisant des LLM et des systèmes RAG. Expérience en gestion de projet et capacité à diriger une équipe technique. Autonomie et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière efficace. Français courant
