This is not a purely administrative or transport role — we need a process optimizer and problem-solver who can redesign flows, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination between warehouse, production, purchasing, and dispatch. You will play a strategic role with real operational impact , driving continuous improvement across the entire supply chain inside the factory. Key Responsibilities Internal Flow Optimization Analyze and redesign material, semi-finished, and finished goods flows Optimize layout, routes, and loading/unloading points Reduce downtime, rework, and unnecessary handling Implement clear operational standards and procedures Warehouse & Inventory Management Organize physical and system-based warehouse structure Manage stock levels, turnover, and obsolescence Define storage locations, picking methods, FIFO/FEFO processes Improve inventory accuracy and data reliability Cross-Functional Coordination Ensure uninterrupted supply to production Align purchasing with real operational needs Oversee order preparation and on-time shipping Act as the interface between planning, production, and dispatch Digitalization & Performance Control Implement and use control tools (ERP, Excel, BI, dashboards) Define and track logistics KPIs (lead times, service level, errors, hidden costs) Create operational reporting and visibility Continuous Improvement Apply Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.) Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions Lead improvement and optimization projects Team Leadership (if applicable) Organize warehouse and logistics staff Train teams and standardize processes Promote operational discipline and safety culture What We Offer Permanent full-time contract Strategic role with autonomy and decision-making capacity Direct impact on operations and company performance Professional growth in an international, innovative and sustainable company Collaborative and people-centered work environment Flexible schedule: Mon–Thu: 8:30–18:00 Fri: 8:30–14:30 Profile We’re Looking For Skills & Mindset Strong analytical and structured thinking Efficiency and continuous improvement focus Hands-on, operational attitude Pragmatic and solution-oriented Comfortable working cross-functionally Autonomous with sound judgment Technical Advanced Excel ERP systems KPI tracking and data analysis Warehouse and inventory management Material flow optimization Knowledge of industrial production processes Experience & Education Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or similar 3–7 years in industrial/logistics/operations environments Proven experience improving processes (not only maintaining them) Lean / Supply Chain / process improvement training is a plus English B2 (comfortable with international suppliers) Ideal Candidate You’ll thrive here if you: Enjoy fixing inefficiencies and building better systems Prefer the factory floor over sitting at a desk all day Like turning data into action Want ownership, not just execution Salary: EUR 40.000 gross yearly
