Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in computer science or IT-related fields. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in system design and documentation. Experience with MS Office, oneConfluence, JIRA, Database (MySQL), Office, and Diagrams Notations (UML, BPMN, ePC). Knowledge of project management methodologies, with a preference for SCRUM. Understanding of the insurance business. Desirable Skills: Experience with Postman and Webservices (JSON). Familiarity with GitHub, APIs, Java, XSD, JSON. Experience with Splunk, including query capabilities. Knowledge of Dynatrace and AWS Console. Understanding of Assistance value chain.
